Licensing Terms & Agreement

How to use our clipart!

Thank you for your interest in using my clipart in your projects.

My goal with creating Celbelle Art was to make commercial use clipart easily accessible for as many people as possible without jumping through tons of hoops. However, I do still have some rules you must abide by in order to use my clipart.

Allowed Personal Use

There are no restrictions for what you do with my clipart for your own personal use. You can use it on graphics, print it out, put it on objects and give them to people as gifts, etc.

Easy rule of thumb: If you aren’t selling it, it’s allowed!

Allowed Commercial Use

My clipart also comes with a commercial use license.

You are ALLOWED to do the following after buying my clipart packs:

  • Use my clipart for all personal projects (i.e. products not intended for sale)
  • Use my clipart for commercial projects of unlimited value (no need to keep track)
  • Sell physical end products made by hand or via print on demand services using my clipart (phone cases, fabric, tote bags, stickers, etc)
  • Sell digital downloads and printables using my clipart as design elements (planner pages, invitations, greeting cards, wall art, labels, party supplies, etc)
  • Use my graphics for branding, logos, B2B marketing, blog posts, social media posts, or other marketing materials for your business
  • Sell digital supplies using my graphics (digital paper, digital planner stickers, etc)
  • Multiple users may use my files AS LONG AS they are both a part of the same business (i.e. the business owner might buy them and allow their hired designer/business partner to work with them, etc)
  • Designs do not have to be unique; you can sell them on digital and physical end products as is

PROHIBITED USE - NOT ALLOWED

Products and behavior which are in direct competition with my shop are not allowed, such as:

  • Selling or Redistributing my Clipart | You may not resell or give away my files as clipart
  • Theft | You may not claim to be the artist or creator of the clipart used on your products
  • Tracing and Reselling | You may not draw your own clipart and sell it using the exact poses of my clipart

Legalities of AI Art

While I heavily edit all of my products, I create most of them using AI image generators–namely Midjourney and DALL-E.

We are in a bit of a wild west era of AI art right now and there is a great deal of misinformation out there. Some people have been spreading the inaccurate and dangerous claim that nobody owns AI art and it can be stolen. This is false.

All subscription-based clipart services (which I use) state the copyright goes to the user who generated the image. This means it is just as illegal to steal AI-generated clipart as it is to steal traditionally drawn clipart.

This means, for the sake of all products on this site, I am the copyright holder of all images and they are NOT allowed to be stolen or used in violation of the above terms. Thank you for reading and understanding.
